A. There are no monthly fees, just a one-time purchase.

Q. We have been quoted over $2,500 for this type of video.  Why are yours so inexpensive?
A.  For two reasons: The videos are subsidized by the referral link (at the bottom of the video in the player controls there is a link that goes to our site) this helps us with our marketing efforts. Secondly, as we produce a lot of videos very efficiently, we are able to offer them at very attractive prices.

Q. Can I get a discount for multiple videos?
A.  Yes, we offer a modest discount structure for multiple videos.  Keep in mind our prices are already very low because we produce your videos very efficiently.

Q. How does the video get placed on our website?
A. We provide all the necessary code and documents so the person that maintains your website will be able to do it in a few minutes. If you prefer, we can also do this for you at no additional cost.

Q. Will we have to change our website?
A. No, the video is played “on top” of your web page as it’s displayed in the visitor’s web browser, so you do not need to change anything.

Q. How long does it take until the video is on our website?
A. Normal lead time is 5-7 days after your purchase is made.

Q. I need my video in a rush; can we have it sooner?
A. We will do our best to accommodate such requests.

Q. We think this is great but we are not sure about writing the script or which actor to choose.  Can you help with this?
A. Once you purchase your commercial, a production coordinator will walk you through the whole process. They will help with selecting the actor, wardrobe, appearance, music and general feel of your commercial. They will also coordinate with your web developer to have the finished video installed on your site.  If you do not feel comfortable writing your own script, one of our staff writers will put your vision and message into words for a modest additional fee.

Q. We are looking to increase our website sales conversion rate, and believe that a live spokesperson will help; can you also look at our site and make recommendations?

A. Yes, you or another person of your choosing can appear in the video.  Additional fees apply.  We will arrange an appropriate studio for you to be filmed in, and the other logistics required.
